In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr995", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pkr995 platform and its operating entity, licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr995 website accessible at https://pkr995.org, including all subpages, services, games, sportsbook, and account management features available therein.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr995 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual on the pkr995 Platform following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held in a User's pkr995 Account at any given time, net of pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cashable promotional credits or free bets awarded by pkr995 subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by pkr995 before processing any withdrawal or as required by our licensing obligations.
• "Applicable Law" refers to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which pkr995 holds its international gaming license, as well as any other applicable legal requirements.

By accessing the pkr995 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by pkr995, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date last updated shown at the top of this page and supersede all prior versions. pkr995 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 (Amendments) of this document.

The following eligibility criteria apply strictly to all persons wishing to register and maintain an Account on the pkr995 Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an Account with pkr995.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and other non-human users are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the pkr995 Platform at any time. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether or not deliberately created — is a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• You must not be accessing pkr995 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pkr995 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.

Once your pkr995 Account is successfully registered and verified, the following terms govern your ongoing use and management of that Account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
• pkr995 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any such communication purportedly from pkr995 should be reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify pkr995 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. pkr995 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pkr995 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing written notice to the registered email address, subject to applicable law.
• You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pkr995 customer support. Any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

pkr995 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pkr995's discretion with notice to users.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to you are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may vary based on your Account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the pkr995 cashier section of your Account.
• pkr995 does not charge deposit fees on its end for standard payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pkr995 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) will be credited to your Account in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the rate confirmed at the time of transaction.
• pkr995 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations, which may result in temporary holds on deposited funds pending verification.

Withdrawals from your pkr995 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals require a fully completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity and age verification will not have withdrawals processed until verification is successfully completed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method approved by pkr995. This policy exists to protect users against fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed by pkr995 within the timeframes published in the cashier section of your Account. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment method.
• pkr995 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the payment method used.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not form part of any withdrawal amount.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a withdrawal, pkr995 may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending investigation. You will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it.

pkr995 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible pkr995 Account holders only. pkr995 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each pkr995 bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be met before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
• Bonus Funds and wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your Account balance upon expiry.
• pkr995 bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, and per IP address.
• pkr995 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected users. This includes the right to withdraw a bonus if pkr995 reasonably believes it is being abused.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play with other accounts, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

The use of pkr995's casino games and sportsbook is governed by the following rules:

• All casino games offered on the pkr995 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated by pkr995.
• The pkr995 sportsbook calculates odds based on standard bookmaking methodology. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time your bet slip is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• pkr995 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed fault — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palpable odds." In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Account balance.
• Live in-play bets, once confirmed, are subject to the specific live betting terms published in the pkr995 sportsbook section. Connection issues or delays on your end do not constitute grounds for voiding a confirmed in-play bet.
• Bets on events whose outcomes are already known at the time of placement ("late bets") will be voided and stakes returned. pkr995 maintains real-time data feeds to prevent late bets, but reserves the right to void any bet where late placement is identified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and sporting events. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary based on your Account status and verification level.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr995 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the pkr995 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, to circumvent Account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a previous Account suspension or closure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook event, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in arbitrage arrangements that exploit pkr995's odds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pkr995's games, sportsbook, or account management systems in an automated manner not authorised by pkr995.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or glitch in the pkr995 Platform to generate winnings beyond those intended by the normal operation of the game or system.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with pkr995 customer support.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's pkr995 Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at pkr995 staff or other users.

All content on the pkr995 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr995 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds displays, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr995 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr995 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any pkr995 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on pkr995 content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the pkr995 Platform software.
• Use pkr995's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent from pkr995.

Any unauthorised use of pkr995 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr995's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr995 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the pkr995 Platform.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond pkr995's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or outdated information displayed on the Platform where such inaccuracy results from a third-party data feed error.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr995's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pkr995 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining the well-being of all users. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we have implemented the following tools and policies to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account through the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your Account.
• Reality Checks: You may configure periodic on-screen reminders during play that show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Cool-Off Periods: You may request a temporary self-exclusion from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the pkr995 Platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration specified.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms as follows:

• By You: You may close your pkr995 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any withdrawable Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.
• By pkr995: pkr995 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pkr995 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority; (c) pkr995 reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity on your Account; or (d) your Account has been deemed dormant in accordance with Section 4.

Upon termination of your Account by pkr995 for breach of these Terms, pkr995 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. In all other cases of termination initiated by pkr995, any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

pkr995 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, pkr995 will provide notice through one or more of the following means: a notification displayed upon login to your pkr995 Account; an email sent to your registered email address; or a notice posted on the pkr995 Platform homepage.

Amendments to these Terms take effect from the date stated in the updated version published on the pkr995 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr995 holds its international gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in pkr995's licensing documentation, a summary of which is available on the pkr995 Platform.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, both parties agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will first be referred to pkr995's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 16. Only where such internal resolution fails to produce a satisfactory outcome within thirty (30) days may the dispute be escalated to the relevant external dispute resolution body specified in pkr995's licensing terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
